FAVOR TAX REDUCTION BILL LEXINGTON, Ky,, Feb. 15 Kentucky horsemen, in a mass meeting at the Phoenix Hotel Saturday afternoon, gave their endorsement by acclamation to the race track tax reduction bill now before the House of Representatives of the Kentucky General Assembly. About a hundred horsemen attended the meeting, which was presided over by A. L. Ferguson of Georgetown. John Y. Brown, speaker of the House, spoke. He stated that he believed it would be "no trouble at all" to pass the bill through the house.
