AL LIVINGSTON bore over sharply towards the inside at the half-mile poat. OUR DOCTOR tired. ELEANORA M. was also knocked back near the half-mile post. VIVIAN WRIGHT was practically left at the post. QUORUM showed early speed. GUN MAN, close up early, lost ground entering the stretch. FILM quit and bore out in the last eighth. LADY McNEILL raced evenly. BRIGHT SPANGLE raced wide in the stretch. SWITCH, outrun and under restraint, went to the outside in the stretch, swerved over and impeded MISS HOWEE at the eighth post, but finished well. MISS HOWEE was closing ground when impeded. THISTLE ACE, close up early, had no mishaps. SULTRY quit under urging. WESTYS FOX was as good as left. FLYING had no mishaps. MEDICINE BOW quit. The latter challenged gamely in the stretch, but bore over at the eighth post and impeded PEACH BASKET. GOLDEN PLAY challenged gamely in the stretch. PEACH BASKET was in close quarters when" BAGIEL bore over. ACHTOI LASS had "no mishaps. PORT O PLAY was unprepared at the start, but closed a big gap.
