CABEZO NOT AFFECTED AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 23. Cabezo, is not affected by a ruling made recently at Miami, involving W. T. "Fatty" Anderson and will be permitted to start at Agua Caliente whenever his handlers so desire. Agua Caliente stewards today received word from judge E. W. Smith at Hialeah Park, to the effect that the suspension of Anderson at Hialeah was only for the period of a week. It came about as a result of minor infractions of the rules and in no way affects his horses, the mesage said. Cabezo, a failure in the Fairfax Handicap, may try his luck at distance racing in the Fashion Stakes next Sunday.
