CLAIMS AND SALES Blue Day was claimed by A. G. Tarn for ,500 at Havana. Sir Dean was claimed by E. Drillon for ,000 at Agua Caliente. F. P. Letellier, local turfman, sold at private terms to Creed T. Finn the two-year-old Liberty Flag, a bay filly by American Flag Alcina. Parnell Bound was claimed out of Wednesdays fifth race at Tropical Park, by E. J. Read, for ,500. A. Gaignard, local horseman, acting for an undisclosed buyer, purchased Bide a Wee from E. Haughton late yesterday.
