f LEXINGTON TURF NOTES $. "The best looking foal I ever bred," is the way Dr. F. A. Wehle describes the dark bay colt by Ariel Cross Village, by The Manager, foaled recently at Longridge Farm. This is the first of. the get of Ariel, which is now making his second season at W. B. Millers Greenwich Stud. Dan. Kennnedy reports that J. J. Cough-lins Ida ODay, by McGee, the only mare in foal to Roguish Eye, has foaled twins. Thus Roguish Eyes first crop of foals will arrive next year. He has a full stud book for this season and is standing at John S. Barbees Glen Helen Stud.
