ONLY TEMPORARY RETIREMENT LEXINGTON. Ky., May 3.— Col. Phil T.. Chinn returned to Lexington today from New York. He says Victor Emanuel will not sell his breeding stock, but will continue the small stud he has at Old Hickory Farm, as well as the small stud he has in England. "He is getting out of racing only temporarily," said Colonel Chinn, "and will be back in the picture as soon as pressure of business will ease off sufficiently to give him the time to enjoy the sport." «
