ECONOMIC IN OHIO DERBY J. H. Louchheims Good Three -Year-Old Entered in Bainbridge Parks Feature Attraction. CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 24.— Economic, J. H. Louchheims three-year-old, which set the pace in the Kentucky Derby and finished second to Burgoo King, has been nominated for the Ohio Derby, to be run a week from Saturday at Bainbridge Park, over a mile and a furlong. Clarence Buxton, trainer of Economic, in a long distance telephone conversation today, told racing secretary Julius Reeder that he also planned to ship another three-year-old for the Derby, and would include four two-year-olds in the same shipment. Mr. Louchheim will travel to Cleveland in a special car from New York with a party of friends to witness the running of the race, which he captured last year with A la Carte. The list of Derby nominees now numbers thirty-eight, and includes nine horses which were entered in the Kentucky Derby among ! which are Stepenfetchit, third to Burgoo 1 King; Lucky Tom, Sazerac, Open Hearth, i conqueror of Tick On and others. Willis Sharpe Kilmer has nominated Sun-melus for the Ohio Derby, and will ship the 1 three-year-old here early next week. Leo Marks, owner of the Le Mar Stock Farm, visited Bainbridge Park today. He i departed for his home in Columbus tonight. He will return to Bainbridge to witness the i running of his Derby nominee, Madwind, in • the Derby trial next Saturday.
