;1 WASHINGTON PARK NOTES I C. Nuckols, A. S. Lewis and Allan Gallaher r were arrivals from Louisville Tuesday. A. J. Joyner has wired that he is sending g twelve head for racing at Washington Park. The string is headed by Evening, an eligible g for the American Derby. The suspension of jockey W. Wright, who was set down during the Tanforan meeting, » terminated Tuesday and he was seen in n action on a Chicago track for the first time. ?• He is considered one of the best of the years s crop of apprentice riders. Jockey Earl Pool arrived and swung into action in the first race when he rode Souer * Blanche for the Greentree Stable. Leroy OMalley accompanied Gallant lt Knight to New York and will supervise the ,e saddling of him in the Suburban Handicap P at Belmont Park. Edward Haughton has purchased Choko-loskee *■ from R. C. Thatcher. Dr. C. N. Finch, veterinary, was an arrival r- from his home at Jeffersonville, Ind., I., and will make a short stay. ~~
