2 l 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 -1 LATONIA STAKES CLOSE JUNE 1 LATONIA, Ky., May 24.— The Latonia management calls attention to the closing of the seven stakes to be decided during the Latonia meeting starting Saturday, June 25. The stakes to be closed June 1 are the La-1 tonia Derby, Clipsetta Stakes, Cincinnati Trophy, Latonia Oaks, Quickstep Stakes, In-1 dependence Handicap and the Enquirer Han-1 dicap. The Trophy and Clipsetta Stakes are for two-year-olds. The Trophy is for colts and geldings and the Clipsetta for fillies. Both are at five and a half furlongs and carry an added value of ,000 each*
