CARYLDON was hard urged in an effort to reach the leader. SIBERIA, close up throughout, tired. DIZZY, away slowly, could not get up. LARRY DAMM closed a gap. REFLECTING finished well. DARK WAR, unruly at the post, was taken to the outside and, taking the lead at once, could not keep pace when challenged. SKIPSEA began slowly and lost ground on the stretch turn. MYTHICAL LORE raced well for five eighths. KIRKLAND POST tired in the stretch.
