COLDSTREAM STUD TRAINERS LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept. 27. Dr. John Baird, manager of Coldstream Stud, today announced that Frank M. Taylor and Jack Howard will be trainers of the Coldstream Stable for next year. The twenty-eight horses in the stable will be received in two divisions, Taylor training the eastern string and Howard the western string. Taylors contract, which was signed Monday, dates from December 1, while Howard already has three horses for Coldstream Stud, namely: Biota, Perfect Dream and Rose Glory, for David Rhodes, a brother-in-law of C. B. Shaffer, owner of Coldstream Farm. Taylor was one of the earlier trainers for .Coldstream Stud, and it is somewhat of a compliment to him that he is returning to Mr. Shaffers employ.
