Start good out of machine. Won driving; second and third the same. BROTHER CARR, overcame early interference, moved up fast and, disposing of the leaders in the last eighth, drew away. SATIN SHOES, a factor all the way, held on gamely under urging.- SWINWOOD swerved slightly under pressure at the eighth post. DENON came through on the inside on the elbow. WOCO was in close quarters in the stretch. TRUETT JUNIOR showed a good performance. HELPFUL raced well. WEST MAIN was bothered by SIR GARETH near the elbow. The latter, on the outside of INDIGO all the way, swerved in front of him near the fifteenth fence and finished gamely. INDIGO, on the inside all the way. was doing well when blocked. WAYDEN began slowly and finished with a rush. PANAX showed a good performance. JIM MOSS showed early speed. TURF GOD was crowded back. BLACK DANCE, in close quarters -early, stumbled and fell.
