W. S. KILMER GOES TO FRANCE NEW YORK, N. Y., Sept. 29. Willis Sharpe Kilmer sailed Wednesday night for Cherbourg. He is going to France, he said, "to look over the possibilities of establishing a French breeding and racing unit." Kilmer recently acquired a number of French thoroughbreds, some of which will arrive here next Monday en route to his breeding farm at Court Manor, Virginia.
