TRAINER BRENNAN PLEASED LAUREL, Md., Oct. 6 "I, was well pleased with the way Twenty Grand came out of his race," said trainer William Brennan in speaking of the Greentree Stables racer after his effort in the Annapolis Handicap. "The track was against him and he was a bit leg weary. Many of the winners at Laurel this fall have been very tired horses and it would seem to be unreasonable not to expect this of Twenty Grand or, for that matter, of any other horse which has been to the post only once in a year or more. Twenty Grand will remain in training and when he races over a track like Bowie for instance, where the footing is firm, he will be a mighty hard horse to beat."
