CHINNS SHIPPING- PLANS LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 26. Col. Phil T. Chinn is planning to ship the sixty-five thoroughbreds to be sold at Timonium Fair Grounds, Maryland, November 11, from here on November 1, unless the weather should become rainy before that time. The yearlings, which are in training at the Kentucky Association track, are to have their final trials at Timonium.
