DAM OF TORO DIES BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 1. Word was received today of the death of the good brood mare, Brocatelle, at the Brookmeade Farm of Mrs. Amory. Brocatelle was the dam of Toro, which raced with such success under the silks of Edward B. McLean.
