LOSES SHOES AND EAOE PIMLICO, Md., Nov. 1. Jockey A. Robert- son returned here this morning from La tonia, where he has been riding C. V. Whit neys The Darb and Mad Frump. The: latter, according to Robertson, stepped in, a hole during yesterdays race and lost two shoes, which accounted for his failing to finish in the money.
