• SHAUN GILMARTIN IS DEAD BALTIMORE, Md., May 3.— Shaun Gil martin, for years a valued member of Mor timer Mahoneys mutuel staff, died at his Baltimore home, on Palmer Street, at Spald ing, this morning. He was auditor for th€ pari-mutuel department at the time of his death and had been a sufferer from diabetes for several years and had to give up his work a week ago. A leg was amputated las! Monday, and his death was not unexpected Besides his work on the Mahoney staff Gilmartin had charge of the pari-mutuel de partment at Agua Caliente last winter, anc he occupied a like capacity at the Fort Eri track in Canada. He was a native of New York but had lived in Baltimore for the pasl fifteen years. He is survived by a widow. Funeral arrangements have not yet beer made, but it is expected that the remains will be sent to New York for interment.
