FILLY EP IN GOOD STANDING CICERO, 111., May 6.— According to racing secretary R. S. Shelley, the four-year-old filly Ep, owned by William F. Black, has been reinstated by the Maryland Racing Commission and will be brought to Sportsmans Park next week. Ep was one of the horses barred by the Maryland Racing Commission in the Shem ringer case in October, 1931. She was purchased by Mr. Black at an auction sale at Crown Point, Ind., and reinstated January 19, 1933. Ep, sired by the French stallion Epinard, gave much promise as a juvenile.
