AGRARIAN followed the pace under steady restraint and, moving up gamely on the outside of the leader, disposed of POLL PARROT and drew away. The latter forced the early pace, disposed of LAUREL MISS, but could not withstand the winner. WILLIE KLEIN, close up all the way, had no mishaps. BUSTER BOY showed good form. NEWGRO was rushed into a long load, but tired near the end NIGHT PATROL, an early trailer, finished fast on the outside. MODERN ACE was shuffled back on the turn into the back stretch and came again. BANDERLOG had no mishaps FLAMING MAMIE raced on her own courage. KNEEHIGH had no mishaps. LITTLE LAD swerved under pressure In the stretch and was taken up to keep from going into the fence.
