LEXINGTON TURF NOTES W V Thraves it was announced here Wednesday is bringing his family from Vir ¬ ginia to reside again on Longridge Farm which he formerly owned ownedAt At a meeting of the Kentucky Trotting Horse Breeders Association directors today it was voted to rebuild the grandstand burned October 9 1931 and Henry Knight of Chicago noted breeder and sportsman was elected president succeeding Dr O M Edwards of Lexington and Pittsburgh who could not give necessary time to the office The last two grand circuit race meetings held here were at the Kentucky Association track The next fall meeting will be held at the home track The new grandstand Is to be of steel and concrete and is to have a 3000 seating capacity
