MAY SHIP TO BLUE BONNETS AURORA 111 May 15 Some of the horses now racing at Aurora may ship to Canada at the conclusion of the meeting instead of remaining in the midWest it was reported today with the receipt of con ¬ dition books for the twentyninth annual meeting at the Blue Bonnets course in Mon ¬ treal The books for the fourteenday term of racing were distributed to horsemen by Joseph Cattarinich Blue Bonnets president presidentThe The meeting opening on June 2 with a sevenrace card and minimum purses of 400 will continue through June 18 It will be the first meeting of more than seven days duration that has been conducted in eastern Canada since 1909 The law this year permits associations the option of run ¬ ning two sevenday or one fourteenday meeting and Cattarinich elected to try one meeting meetingThe The feature of the Blue Bonnets meeting will be the 1000 added Quebec Derby at a mile and a furlong which is to be run on June 18 Nominations close June 9
