1 SYRACUSE TURF NOTES «►— 1- Jockeys B. Marshio and R. F. Duggan reported to Frank Hawley, custodian of the jockey room, from Montreal. Post time for the first race daily has been put back to 2:30 oclock. George W. Schilly, treasurer of the New York State Fair Commission, was a visitor. Jockey Eddy Decamillis was fined 0 by the stewards for abusing the horse Moiras Chief when dismounting after the sixth race.
