SEIZED AS DOPE PEDDLER NEW YORK, N. Y., April 1. Barney Price, supposedly a "front man" for a large narcotics ring, was seized by federal agents on Saturday. Tlv, agents fcund records, money orders and an address book on Prices person. It was also intimated by the agents that some of Hollywoods prominent screen stars were furnished narcotics regularly by Price. Sales were made exclusively by mail and no cash transactions were carried on. Italy was the source of the narcotics supply, an .accomplice there smuggling his shipments by means of the large steamship lines,
