THREE RULED OFF FOR LIFE M R Warren J S and Alex Carl ¬ son Receive Extreme Penalty From Illinois Commission The suspension of jockey R Habcr for foul riding at Washington Park May 27 was fixed at ninety days and Mack R Warren J S Carlson and Alex Carlson were ruled off for life at a meeting of the Illinois Rac ¬ ing Commission held Monday MondayHabers Habers suspension will terminate August 25 1935 He is alleged to have grasped the equipment of the horse Albert D in a race on the above date dateWarren Warren and the Carlsons shall be denied admission to any tracks under the jurisdic ¬ tion of the commission at any time and for any purpose according to rulings made against them themWith With respect to the horses Nonpartisan Governor Fitz Rolland A and Brisky Kay the commission approved the recommenda ¬ tion of the stewards who ruled against the three horsemen at Aurora and said horses are barred from racing Provided how ¬ ever said the official ruling that if a sale of these horses is held at Washington Park under the direction of C J FitzGer ald presiding steward and the purchasers at said sale are owners in good standing the commission will consider the application of such owners for the reinstatement of said horses horsesWarren Warren and the two Carlsons are alleged to have violated the rules covering the reg ¬ istration of horses
