I AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES The large public stable trained by Pat Brady and including the thoroughbreds owned by Mrs L H Nimkoff arrived from Rockingham Park ParkApprentice Apprentice Mike Corona returned to the saddle astride Black Mischief in the first race Tuesday TuesdayJockey Jockey Johnny Maiben was permitted to ride here Tuesday after Marshall Cassidy steward for the New York Racing Commis ¬ sion queried judge Martin Nathanson a3 to the disposition of the Rockingham case of June 3 when the stewards of that meet ing ordered Maiben not to accept any more mounts pending investigation Nathanson wired Cassidy to the effect thaMaiben is restored to good standing the case being closed with no evidence of wrong doing doingWalter Walter M Jeffords Fire orn and the A G lYanderbilts Cold Shoulder will be shipped to Detroit Tuesday for that Derby and then will be shipped to Chicago for the American Derby After that race they will return to New York
