ILLINOIS RACING COMMIS SION AMENDS THREE RULES AURORA 111 May 10 At a meeting of the Illinois Racing Commission held on May 10 1937 the following orders were entered enteredRule Rule 240B is amended to include the fol ¬ lowing During the year 1937 the Illinois Racing Commission will assume and pay twentyfive per cent of the costs of the laboratory examination of the saliva speci ¬ mens mensRule Rule 210A is amended to read as fol ¬ lows lowsJockeys Jockeys and apprentices who are under contract to different owners or same owners who employ the same trainer shall not ride against each other in a race except as an entry and except in stake races racesRule Rule 277C is amended to read as fol ¬ lows lowsApproximate Approximate odds and their readings on the board displayed to the public shall not in any event be changed after the off bell signaling the start of the race provided at race tracks where the electric totalizator is used the approximate odds board may be changed once after the off bell and imme ¬ diately so as to show to the public the actual amounts in the pools and the ap ¬ proximate odds thereon thereonSigned Signed the Illinois Racing Commission bjr George Hi Foster secretary
