JOHN HART ACCIDENT VICTIM SAN MATEO Calif May 28 John Cur ley Hart a grocer in the employ of V D Opperman succumbed to injuries sustained Thursday night when he was run down by a motorist near the track on Highway No 101 Hart who has been in the employ of Opper ¬ man for several months left no credentials or communication revealing the names of his relatives However Opperman is in hopes they will learn of the death of Hart through the papers and communicate with him as soon as possible Bay Meadows San Mateo will reach Opperman
