HARTMAN PLANS VACATION PAWTUCKET R I Oct 25 Bill Hart man who is slowly recovering from a serious illness will not be seen at Narragansett again this year He will continue to race his horses here but upon the doctors advice will take things easy for a while At the conclusion of the fall meeting here he will ship his string to Florida and with Mrs Hartman will make his home there for the winter
