JEWISH NATIONAL HOME SITE LONDON, England, Dec. 10 Northeastern Rhodesia was being considered favorably today by the British foreign office as the possible site for establishment of a Jewish national home. Assets of the territory include a moderate climate suitable for settlers from Europe, fertile soil and an area sufficient to accommodate all Jewish refugees. The region exceeds England in. size.
