DEATH" TAKES F. STEINHART HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 10. Frank Stein-hart, president of the Havana Electric Railway Company and connected with the Havana American Jockey Club in the early days of racing here, died late Friday of pneumonia. The seventy-six-year-old American came to Cuba in 1895 and fought at Santiago during the Spanish-American war under Col. Theodore Roosevelt. He is survived by hi3 widow, a son, and two daughters.
