Dooley States Conditions For Red Cross Day Card CardTrack Track Acting as Agent for Providence Chapter of Body BodyPAWTUCKET PAWTUCKET R I May 7 Tomorrow final day of the meeting is Red Cross Day at Narragansett Park President James Dooley said this morning that he wished to make known to the racing public the pre ¬ cise and exact conditions under which the charity program will be operated operatedJudge Judge Dooleys statement follows followsTomorrow Tomorrow May 8th the facilities of Narragansett Park and the services of its officers in running the days operations will be furnished gratuitiously to the Provi ¬ dence chapter American Red Cross for its Red Cross war fund and the officers and management of Narragansett Park are act ¬ ing as agents for the Providence chapter American Red Cross on that day dayAll All receipts from admissions commis ¬ sion and breakage from parimutuel bet ¬ ting allotted to the Narragansett Racing Association under the laws of the State of Rhode Island all sums from concession ¬ aires profits from the sales of programs and other receipts will become the prop ¬ erty of the Providence chapter American Red Cross CrossThe The Narragansett Racing Association is authorized as agent for the Providence chapter American Red Cross to withhold from the proceeds all expenses of racing and parimutuel betting incurred in the days operations including salaries of em ¬ ployees who are paid by the day rent on the necessary equipment which is paid by the day protective service which is paid by the day and other daily operating ex ¬ penses but not including regular expenses which would be incurred if no racing were held on that day such as salaries of offi ¬ cers real estate taxes insurance and other overhead expenses expensesThe The above stipulations were requested by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and agreed to by the Narragansett Racing Association Inc
