VINAL HAVEN was sent into command going to the far turn, drew away, but faltered suddenly in the final sixteenth. EPIDOWN, on the inside all the wav, showed a good effort. POLYMELIOR was sent into command after the start, drew away rounding the stretch turn and then faltered at the finish. BRIGHT ARC was well up all the way and held on with determination to the end. EQUINOX was under restraint in the early running, was sent to the outside entering the stretch and closed with a rush. HAPPY PILOT was under restraint, but faltered when urged in the stretch run. ARGONNE WOODS was steadied along and close up, was sent up on the outside of the leaders rounding to the stretch turn and then finished well. TWOSES was outrun in the early stasrs. saved ground entering the stretch and finished well. MIXER had early speed and then quit. SWEEP SWINGER lacked early speed. STINGING BEE quit badly.
