Claims Dead Horse SAN MATEO. Calif.. April 1. — J. Kel Houssels. Nevada owner, came into posses-, sion of a dead horse when he claimed Sir Winsome out of the fifth race at Bay Meadows Tuesday. After finishing second to Naths Pet, Sir Winsome bolted through the outside railing just beyond the clubhouse and suffered injuries that cost him his life. Houssels, one of three who had claims in for the horse, gave up ,600 for the dead six-year-old. He had run under the colors of the Fair Acres Farm.
