Evan Jenkins First Winner CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 4— Evan Jenkins, a 20-year-old apprentice under contract to Lon Copenhaver, piloted his first winner on a major track when he drove Tower Maid to a clever victory at Tropical yesterday. Jenkins, who hails from the state of Washington, rode many winners on the bush tracks of that state and Oregon last year, according to his employer. The boy can do as light as 100 pounds. i I
