3 a 1 ■ Officials for Keeneland Meet At Churchill Downs Announced LOUISVILLE. Ky.. April 4.— William H. Shelley, who is succeeding Webb Everett on the board of stewards for the Keeneland meeting opening at Churchill Downs here on April 15, will serve with C. Bruce Head, Samuel H. McMeekin and Maj. Louie A. Beard, who acted in similar capacities for the same association last year. Others on the staff of officials for the Keeneland meeting include Fred Burton, C. L. Bogenschutz and James T. Clark, placing judges: Burton, racing secretary and handicapper; Reuben W. White, starter; Charles J. Gormley, Jr., clerk of scales; Dr. W. W. Hickman, paddock judge; William Cunningham, assistant paddock judge and timer; Thomas Young, superin-t tendent; Clifford Hufnagel and George Molesworth. patrol judges; Hagyard and Hagyard, Dr. C. H. Holmes and Dr. Hickman, track veterinarians; Ernest B. White, manager of pari-mutuels, and George B. Leach, general manager.
