Rosen Retiring From Turf CORAL GABLES, Fla.. April 6.— W. Rosen, who was suspended by the stewards a few days ago, stated today that he is retiring as an owner and trainer. All the horses in his charge also were suspended. Rosens license was taken up when the state chemist reported that the horse, Great Albert, had been stimulated for the second race on March 28. He ran away and was ordered scratched.
