Duties of Thomas C. Bradley LEXINGTON, Ky., April 6.— Although he is not returning to Charles Town to serve as steward representing the West Virginia Racing Commission, Thomas C. Bradley, veteran turfman and one of the countrys leading officials, will continue in the stand at Beulah Park and other Ohio tracks and remain in charge of racing at Dade Park in western Kentucky. He is leaving for the Grove City track early next month.
