W. E. Charles Acquisitions NEW YORK, N. Y., April 6.— W. E. Charles, New England representative of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, visited New York Monday and purchased Old Rosebush from Mrs. Jock McLean, as well as acquiring an unnamed juvenile from Louis Tufano. The horses will be campaigned "Down East."
