LORD VATOUT raced in the first flieht from the start, held on rathci*vfll. but was no match. WISESHOT showed a good effort while racing on the outside from the start. VICTORY BLlE assumed command when the leader faltered in the early stretch, then flattened out under piossure. TIDES IN improved his position in the running and is ready for top effort. GRANLAG showed an even race. IDLE GOSSIP set a good pace for a half, only to tire badly when the real test came. OCR DAMSEL dwelt slightly at the break. Overweight — Anne Again. 1 pound. MY MALCHA. steadied just olf the pace of MOBOGOO SIR, assumed command when that one faltered, but could not resist the winner. MOROCCO *SIR was sprinted to the front early, was well rated and had no excuses. WINGED PHARIAH was sluggish at the bre.ik and failed to become prominent. WICKCLIFFE GAL was never a serious threat.
