Change Belmont Post Time ELMONT. L. I.. N. Y., June 6.— Effective Thursday, June 7, starting time for the first race at Belmont Park will be 1:15 p. m. and not 1:30 as heretofore. The Daily Doubles will be closed at 1:00 p. m.
