The manner in which Corydon made up ground in his last start, over a shorter distance, will give him much public I I support for tomorrows engagement and he might be the favorite. Rush Act, who was second in a recent race, also will command respect from the , , public. J Corydon was made eligible for the Steger Handicap on Saturday, but he is passing up that feature in favor of tomorrows race, whose distance may better suit him. The Steger is to be decided over only six and a half furlongs. For the first time in some days Lincoln Fields finds itself in a position to offer three distance races tomorrow. The seventh event will be decided over a mile and 70 yards and I the eighth over a mile and a sixteenth.
