Florida Breeders Organizing LOUISVILLE. Ky., June 9.— Charles A. ONeil. Florida owner and breeder, who has played a leading part in bringing together all thoroughbred breeders residing in that state, disclosed here today that formal organization of an association to be known as the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders Association, is well advanced. The association has made application for a charter and proposed by-laws to govern the organization have been drafted. According to ONeil. there are 23 thoroughbred bloodstock owners residing in Florida.
