Woman Seeks Jockeys License GROVE CITY, Ohio, June 16. — Mrs. Wantha Davis, 28, Chickasha, Okla., has applied to the State Racing Commission for a license to ride. She has been exercising horses at Beulah Park and if her license is granted she plans to ride at Beulah and Hamilton, Ohio. Mrs. Davis says she has been riding horses "all my life."
