Jockey Roy Fiocchi Dies WILMINGTON, DeU June 16.— Jockey Roy Fiocchi, who was injured in a spill two weeks ago at Delaware Park, died today in a local hospital. Fiocchi was aboard Strolling Don in the last race on Saturday, June 2, when that plater went down nearing the seven furlong pole. In the scramble. Strolling Don rolled over on Fiocchi and at last report the lad had failed to gain consciousness. Fiocchi rode his first winner at Laurel Park in August of 1944 and was under contract to H. B. "Tex" Donegan
