Riggs Mahoney Father MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 12. — Riggs Mahoney, who is assisting his father, mutuels manager Mort Mahoney, in preparing the wagering department for the opening of the inaugural meeting here on Wednesday, June 19, took time off from his duties today to celebrate the arrival of an heir, born to his wife Jeanne yesterday in Miami, Florida. Both Mrs. Mahoney and her nine-pound son, are doing well, according to the exuberant father.
