Announce Change in River Downs Post Time RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 12.— Peter A. Hor-back, president of River Downs track, late this afternoon announced a change in post time at the local track effective Monday, June 17, when the first race is scheduled to go post-ward at 3:15 p. m. instead of 4 p. m. The 3:15 starting time will be in effect throughout the meeting, with the exception of Saturdays when the usual starting time of 2:30 p. m. will remain. The change in post time will permit the final race to be run not later than 7 p. m. daily.
