Suspend C. H. Fitzgerald CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 17. The stewards of the Charles Town Jockey Club issued the following ruling: "Trainer C. H. Fitzgerald is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing."
