McMillan Goes to Randall PAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 17. C. H. McMillan, regular starter at Fairmount Park, and whose starting gate is in use here, left yesterday for Randall I Park, where he will dispatch the fields during the latter part of that meeting. Herman D. Jefferson, who handled the starting at the Ohio track, arrived here today and will replace McMillan.
