Hearing Is Still Pending PendingNEW NEW YORK N Y May 1 The hear ¬ ing before the State Labor Relations Board on charges of unfair labor practices pre ¬ ferred against 80 race horse owners is still pending Trial examiner Robert J Lawlor continued the case to next Tuesday after Michael J Kinsley attorney for the turf ¬ men announced that he would seek aCJourt of Appeals reversal of an Appellate Division ruling upholding dismissal of a petition by the owners to prevent the board from hear ¬ ing this charges The owners contend that their employes were engaged in interstate commerce and that the state board has no jurisdiction to hear the complaint made by Local 814 International Brotherhood of Teamsters Chauffeurs Warehousemen and Helpers of America A F of L which was certified as bargaining agent by the slate board for grooms and exercise boys Kings ley asked for an adjournment of yester ¬ days hearing until after May 17 when the Appeals Court is scheduled to sit Exam ¬ iner Lawlor insisted upon the May 4 dte
